This hotel is super! The location is mind-blowing, right next to an awesome mall. The rooms are jaw-dropping, so clean and comfortable. The staff is friendly and the breakfast is top-notch. The small gym and pool are cool too. They even upgraded me to a junior suite and let me extend my stay. Best value for money ever!

The hotel was wonderful thanks to its exceptional staff. A great selection of goodies for breakfast. Good and amazing position close to the market. And short walk to the mall and restaurants as well as Near bu Alhamra business center.

Location close to all malls and mubarkia, Tower and right next to the Al Hamra Mall which was nice with many cool restaurants. Also, perfect in the Citycenter.

The hotel was nice with exceptional employees from check-in to check-out. Our room had a comfy bed and an exceptionally good view. the bathroom was reasonably spacious and it had a roll-in shower, a hairdryer, and a bidet for our convenience.

I chose this hotel for attending a corporate retreat and it provided a range of other amenities such as a steam room, a coffee shop/cafe, and a business center. I found these amenities to be convenient and well-maintained during my stay.

The one service that I missed for my work was the availability of a dedicated meeting room or conference facilities. It would have been helpful to have a designated space for our business meetings and presentations.

The breakfast was satisfactory with excellent food. the hotel was just next door to the red tower, where there is a beautiful shopping center and many cool restaurants and a shopping mall.

the rooms were impeccably clean and had a lovely oriental fragrance. the staff, especially the duty manager, were exceptionally helpful and accommodating. I even appreciated being able to welcome guests for dinner in the restaurant area outside of working hours. my experience at the hotel was amazing, and it exceeded my expectations in terms of cleanliness, location, and service. Cons: No issues 😊.

In my room, there was a mini bar 🥂, satellite TV 📺, and I could control the room temperature 🌡️. the location here was really great, just a short 5-minute walk away from the Al Hamra Tower 🏙️.
